About the Course

This is a 1-day course delivered online or in-person to improve the effectiveness of red seals and prepare them for foreperson positions.

What we cover

We haven't invented a new way to run projects. We just took the time to write down industry best practices and put them together in a simple way that can be delivered in a single day.

We begin our course by discussing the PURPOSE behind the training. We do this to set expectations and encourage participation. Our goal is to set Red Seals up for success by providing potential forepersons with everything they need to organize a project and help them avoid the unnecessary and difficult mistakes that come from the more traditional approach of trial and error.

Requirements - Contractual & Leadership

As foreperson, you are the central point of communication.
